**Different single cell technologies available:**

All [10x Genomics](https://www.10xgenomics.com) applications using the [Chromium Controller](https://www.10xgenomics.com/instruments/chromium-controller%C2%A0) can be run by the core. There is opportunity for self-service as well upon training by our experienced team members.

We support two instrument-free single cell technologies in our list of services- from [Parse Biosciences](https://www.parsebiosciences.com) and [Illumina](https://www.illumina.com/products/by-type/sequencing-kits/library-prep-kits/single-cell-rna-prep.html) (formerly PIP-seq from [Fluent Biosciences).](https://www.fluentbio.com)

We, now, support long-read sequencing- compatible library preparation for single cell workflow.
